1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Sunny Hill Adults Only website and by making a booking, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Accommodation

All reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking. Sunny Hill Adults Only reserves the right to refuse or cancel a reservation if false information is provided or if the property is overbooked.

3. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro. Cash is not accepted.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to accommodation type. Please check the conditions that apply to your selected option when making your reservation.

5. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is from 15:00. Check-out is until 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.

6. House Rules

Sunny Hill Adults Only is an adults-only property (ages 16 and over). Smoking, pets, and parties/events are not allowed on the premises. Guests are expected to treat the property and staff with respect.

7. Liability

Sunny Hill Adults Only and Estia Hospitality are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, political unrest, or failure of third-party services.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
